40% down and 3 payments of 20% each
Pay 40% of the renewal amount + PLIGA in full within 10 days prior to the renewal date. Subsequent payments of 20% are due in the beginning of the fourth, seventh, and tenth month of coverage.
25% down and 3 payments of 25% each
Pay 25% of the renewal amount + PLIGA in full by 10 days prior to the renewal date. Subsequent payments of 25% are due in the beginning of the third, sixth, and ninth month of coverage.
25% down and 8 monthly installments
This payment plan is ideal for physicians with premiums over $14,000 per year. Pay 25% of the renewal amount + PLIGA in full by 10 days prior to the renewal date. The remaining balance is divided equally among 8 payments and due every month after the effective date.
10% down and 9 monthly installments
Pay 10% of the renewal amount + PLIGA in full by 10 days prior to the renewal date. The remaining balance is divided equally among 9 payments and due every month after the effective date.
